Software developer based in Nairobi. I've been building for the web long enough to have strong opinions about what actually works — and equally strong opinions about what's just hype.

This blog is where I write about the things I find genuinely interesting: Cloud,Devops,AI agents and autonomous workflows, how to structure software so it doesn't become a nightmare at scale, and the tooling decisions that compound over time.

I write slowly and revise a lot. I'd rather publish one article that's actually useful than ten that aren't. If something I wrote helped you, that's the goal.
